「地點方便，轉角就是車站．可直達LHR機場不用轉車．但是車站內有部份要行樓梯，附近有二十四小時小型超級市場．過對面馬路就是一個公園，距離大英博物館非常近．住宿方面設備齊全，地方整體整潔如圖，只是房間有點少．亦沒有電梯，設有雪櫃煮食爐同多士爐．地牢有洗衣乾衣機．房間需自行清潔。附近亦有不少餐廳．有機會一定會再次入住．」

「We loved staying as a family at the Roland House. The location and amenities are unbeatable for the price we paid. We stayed in room 606, on the sixth floor. We could actually see a portion of the London Eye from our window!! Close to the tube station, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to Kensington Palace, Albert Hall, Science and Natural History museums. Amenities include free laundry (you need to buy washing detergent, fabric softeners etc), gym, jacuzzi and sauna/steam room....

「Great location and the apartment was well equipped. The only downside was that the elevator was not working so climbing the stairs all the way up to the apartment was a workout especially with luggage. Their teams assistance with carrying up the suitcases was greatly appreciated!!!」

「Perfect room for a business trip. Modern, clean, no carpet, recent bathroom; kitchen basic, nice window. The only negative is that there is no elevator; thus, if you have many luggages, it's not great in that regards」
