「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and included all we needed to make meals other than the food. Bed was comfortable and the couch in the front room was comfortable to sit and watch tv. The only thing I didn’t like was the steep hill—we walked to a concert .3 mile away and the hill was brutal for a couple in our 70s. But we survived! If we go again, we’ll drive to the front parking lot, then walk to the concert. 」

「This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. 」

「Hour late at check in and no concern to resolve it even after explaining I had traveled 13 hours with a 3 year old. No upgrade to a clean room or offer of show tickets (its a timeshare). Also did not get a patio even though expedia listed a patio included and I paid a higher rate for it. Staff could care less since I refused the timeshare presentation and paid for my room upfront. 」

「The hot tub was not working and the jacuzzi tub in the room didn’t have a drain plug in it. The Maintenace fixed that for us. Older property but quiet and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. 」
