Weathervane Terrace Inn and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the best stays I have had in a long time. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It is an older place but it is kept up so well that is adds to the charm. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed every minute there. There was a live concert in the park a couple of blocks way and the town in just as charming as the Inn itself. Will definitely be coming back."

"The hotel is nice- but a bit pricey for the inn. staff let us leave our truck there while biked a few days. nice homey lobby area with decent breakfast in the morning. I'd rate this higher than a Fairfield."

"It was a great place to stay! Clean, loved refrigerator and microwave ! My husband loved the hot tub! Great place! Very convenient to many places and only a mile and a half to Bellaire! Will definitely stay here again!"

Terrace Inn and 1911 Restaurant

"The Inn is a historic site and was built in 1911 one year before the titanic sank, so there is no elevator for the second or third floors. (Beware if you are elderly or handicapped) Every room is somewhat different so it’s hard to evaluate the other rooms but ours was a corner room with lots of windows and nicely decorated with an electric fireplace. The 1911 restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday so we only ate there once. They didn’t seem to have a breakfast anymore and the restaurant was a little overpriced. There was a nice front and back porch to sit on and meet other travelers. Good place to try if you like historical old buildings."

"The stay was excellent, lobby, restaurant, coffee bar were all great. It is old, and the rooms could use an update, but was very clean and nice. TVs are outdated, definitely would bring a Roku stick the next time I stay."
