I had reservations for a room with 3 beds-upon arrival they had no rooms available.
They sent us to another hotel and paid for it.
The alternative hotel was great-location was even better then the original hotel.

Our stay was excellent at Maison Roma piazza di Spagna. The location is tucked away in a side street between Piazza Del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. Its a charming street dotted with art galleries and interesting shops. The staff was exceptional! The breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful! Our whole experience was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend it! No complaints!

Borghese Gardens have pedal carts to rent. They have a little electric motor activated by pedaling. So much fun!!!! And you can see so much more of this vast park that way.
