No complaints here! The staff was kind and helpful. The grab and go breakfast hit the spot and the room was quiet and comfortable. The shower pressure and heat was perfect!

When traveling on a budget - don't stay here. Smelly room, dirty halls, broken toilet paper holder, broken rack inside fridge. Very dated decor, No shampoo. Black mold in the shower caulk. Breakfast was grab and go and nothing hot.

I was looking for an affordable hotel while in town for a funeral. This hotel was lower priced than many others so I figured it would not be great. But it was at a good location in Waltham and not too far from the airport , but I hoped it would be nicer. Things looked a bit old, and hallways smelled like tobacco at times, common areas could have been cleaner. The room was halfway decent, but the beds were really nice. Very clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom and shower outdated and dingy, but everything worked and all in all it served its purpose.

After 30min waiting, staff at the lobby said it was overbooked but no further assistant. Had to look for other accommodation around midnight. Terrible experience

When you pull up to a location and you see a reserved parking space for police cars, that should give you a clue of what you might expect. The adage, “you get what you pay for,“ is applicable here. The place is rundown. Only one elevator worked. People left bag of trash on the hallway floors. They may have been picked up once a day. The rooms are relatively clean, but badly in need of paint. Some light fixtures did not work. The bed was clean. The TV was nice. Staff was curt at best… Definitely not friendly or welcoming.

If I could give it 0 stars I would . Absolutely disgusting place. You have to pay for WiFi , breakfast is a granola bar and drip coffee. When I got to my room there was hair on my sheets , a used toothpick on the nightstand the towels had stains on them . The whole hotel including the room smelled of cigarette smoke . The low price wasn’t worth the discomfort I felt

From the moment you walk in, there is a strong, unpleasant smell that just stuck to you. The room was clean, but the smell lingers the whole time, through the hallways, and even after you leave. The place feels understaffed and poorly managed. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and make you feel unsafe, honestly, for the price, it was not worth it at all.
