Was a very nice place, big comfortable rooms and beds, had a little kitchen and large shower. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We never had any time to eat at the restaurant downstairs which was always packed. Area was great for walking and italian food. If you cannot do steps try to get a room downstairs, there is no elevator. Thank you for the pleasant stay. K

You are literally located at the gateway to the historic North End of Boston just steps away from the best Italian food any where and you are walking distance from Faneuil Hall, the waterfront and right in the middle of the freedom trail

We have stayed many times over the last 10 years and plan to return. The location and unique back alley placement over restaurants makes it our favorite place to stay in the North End neighborhood. However, it’s more like renting a studio or one bedroom apartment per night with daily housekeeping than a hotel. Rooms are typically on second and third floors, with no elevator or bellman (although if someone is available they may help with luggage if asked). Also, aside from excellent daily house keeping services, the staff is minimal - for example, check in is at the restaurant host / hostess stand. It’s not for everyone but we love it!

No parking...close to almost everything. You need to go through an alley to get to your room up the stairs...bed is queen, tv stations and TV are terrible. So small, need some spread out room space. No reception area, need to go in the Bricco restaurant to check in lol.

Bricco Suites was a wonderful place to stay! The location is centrally located and about 2 blocks from the subway making it very easy to explore. We loved the nearby authentic Italian food and found that Quattro had the best pizza - similar to pizza we have had in Florence and Rome!! YUM! The bed was comfortable and we slept well the five days we were there. AC worked great and was appreciated after long, hot days of exploring! The room was clean and well appointed with 2 night stands, a fridge, dresser, bench, chair, sink, coffee pot, utensils, ice bucket, and a desk. We had room 304 which was up one flight of stairs. The stairs are narrow and winding, so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again! I have two recommendations: 1) A small shelf in the bathroom by the sink since the counter space was limited. Definitely not a deal breaker though as I had a hanging toiletry bag. 2) A TV with the ability to stream. Winding down at night it would be nice to have streaming as an option, we made do and enjoyed some SVU and Friends reruns.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. My only complaint was the bartender Sunday night was very rude and we ended up leaving early and going elsewhere because of her.

Couldn’t have a better location. The room was great and in the heart of everything. Coffee maker didn’t work but that didn’t hurt us because cafes were all around us. Very safe and where all the action was. AC worked great and it’s hot right now in Boston, that was important to us. It’s not a typical hotel but we recommend very much.

The hotel is located in the heart of the North End above Bricco, one of our favorite restaurants in the North End. Nate greeted us warmly after a long day of travel and made sure we had everything we needed. The location allows you to walk to all! The room was spacious and clean and loved the dual head walk in shower!
