「Room was clean but smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling so check your rooms for maintenance.
Staff was very friendly and helpful at desk. Housekeeping did knock and try to enter our room before I could answer the door at 10am, an hour before checkout, so educate them to let us answer. It takes 15 seconds, not 3. A do not disturb sign would have helped. Otherwise it's a nice place.」

「This is our second time staying here. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The details in the decor are unique and well designed. The bed and bedding is comfortable. I love the lobby, large and spacious with lots of seating options for gatherings small or large.
Great restaurant, Proudfoot and Bird with a bar that has great happy hour from 2-6 daily. The happy hour has great food options, not so much for drinks on special.
The HOBNob restaurant for breakfast is ok, but service there is slow.
