「Terrible el serviciosal cliente (recepcion) , fueron malisimo con la atencion que me brindaron en la sucursal 1 me querian cobrar dos veces el hospedaje el chico , ya que reservé para la sucursal numero 2 y la ubicación que tienen en las plataformas de reservacion es para la sucursal numero uno (son dos hoteles) por error de la ubicacion en la pagina de expedia el uber me llevo al hotel numero 1 , me trataron pésimo,no recomiendo este hotel por el mal servicios que me dieron. 「Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.」

「Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!」

「Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et repartons globalement satisfaits. Le personnel était majoritairement très agréable, souriant et réactif, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable. L’accès à la plage est appréciable, les animations étaient présentes et l’ambiance générale était sympathique. 「Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys".
