"Affordable place to stay in a safe environment close to the airport and the beach. The owner was very friendly and the entire setting was very clean and unique. It doesn’t have many bells and whistles. One towel, one bar of soap about covers the room. No mini fridge, cups, ice etc. Sinks don’t drain well but found that around most of DR. We were able to check in early and after we checked out at 11, stay on site for a few hours til our flight. Ubers were about $7 usd to the closest beach and $10 next day to airport. Pool was cold in Jan and hot tub wasn’t working. Breakfast was made to order and very good!"

"What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how 'dangerous' it is. That is nonsense. Go here, have an open mind and cook some good meals for yourself. The manager Raquel is the best! "

"Had a barbershop and pool hall with music downstairs so fun place to hang out, I was recovering from dental surgery so perfect spot to just safe money and recover, on a busy street so easy access to everything, I’m from the city so street noise doesn’t bother me. Clean place, ac worked perfectly! Has refrigerator and office staff is friendly, "

"As low as it is there’s not much to complain about or over. Very accommodating and lots of convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. Close to the airport. "

"We were a group of four and booked one of their apartment suites — it was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also a major plus. It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient. Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups or families! "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a nice, semi-gated community. One of the best parts is that there’s a shopping plaza just a 3-minute walk away, and there’s a strong security presence in the area—even after the stores close. That made me feel extra safe. The local culture and food options nearby were a big plus too—definitely gave it that authentic vibe I was looking for. Only downside: I paid for a late check-out, but they still locked the door early and I had to wait to get back in. That part threw me off a bit, but other than that, the experience was great overall. Would definitely recommend—with a heads-up to double confirm your late check-out if you book it."
