「My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. 」

「Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it.」

「It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise. I've traveled much of the world. This was the nicest most accommodating staff I've ever encountered. I'll be back for sure 」

「Very nice resort. The rooms, buildings, outdoor areas, and pools were all very nice. The beach itself wasn't as pretty as others I've been too. The service was all great with the exception of the french restaurant. I personally wouldn't bother getting reservations for any of the restaurants. I would just stick to the buffet and room service (which is included). The food at the restaurants were either the same or worse than the buffet. The meal wasn’t that good. The checkout takes forever because everyone has to check out at the same time. Danny at the checkout desk was wonderful. 」
