「Apartamento tipo flat com cozinha completa em prédio anexado ao MGM casino. Muito bom de acesso para quem quer caminhar na Vegas strip. Infelizmente a triturador da pia estava quebrado e toda comunicação passa com o canal da Expedia e não é resolvido diretamente com o lobby ou front desk.」

「I booked a room at this place and upon arriving I couldn't contact host in any shape or form, no though messages or phone, I could never go inside room since host NEVER contact me for instructions, I called my bank immediately to CANCEL ANY PAYMENT. 3 days later and host never return any of my messages or calls. 「The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...

「Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this.」
