"This was such a nice place to stay. I would 100% stay here again. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The Bfast was great. The pool was nice. The room was beautiful and comfortable. 10/10 for us."

"Serious Management and Overbooking Issues This note is to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent reservation. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was informed upon arrival that the hotel was booked and the rooms I had booked were not available, forcing me to find alternate accommodations. During my brief time at the property, I witnessed severe mismanagement. The front desk was vastly understaffed, leaving a single employee overwhelmed by a long queue without any backup. The parking was full with no space for cars to be parked. Furthermore, I observed other guests experiencing significant issues, including being assigned dirty rooms or rooms that were already occupied. The current level of organization is unacceptable for a hotel. At the time of writing this note, I am still awaiting a resolution of my canceled booking and a refused refund."

"This is not a hotel that you stay at with a family, it was filled with construction workers. When we arived we immediately noticed that the parking lot was a hang out spot. We got to our room and noticed that there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed....it smelled musty, the bathtub had water stains in it and the surfaces were questionable. We advised the hotel staff, only one worker in the whole hotel at this point. She was very nice and did her best to remediate the stuation and we went out to buy Lysol wipes. We tried to rough it and get some sleep but the hotel was in the intersection of a main road and freeway so it was incredibly loud. At 3am someone was being arrested outside because the police had there loud speaker on and red and blue lights were streaming in through the window. Needless to say we lasted one night and had to book another hotel for the duration of our stay. Expensive mistake."
