「Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Nahe an den Fähren nach Brooklyn, 9/11 Memorial und die Fähren Richtung Staten und Ellis Island sind zu Fuß erreichbar. 「Please keep in mind that this is an apartment-hotel, not a typical hotel which would provide daily housekeeping and other amenities. That being said, the unit we reserved was a 2BR/2BA unit that had a full kitchen and plenty of storage space. I think the condition of the unit seemed a bit worn as the cabinet doors to the bathroom vanities were rather water damaged in certain parts. The water pressure from the water conserving shower heads was a bit low and the shower drains in the primary...

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
