「Reservamos una habitacion para 5, 2 adultos y 2 adolencentes y un niño y al llegar nos dierpn un cuarto de 2 camas queen, tuve que dormir en el piso para que los demas durmieran en camas, en el mostrador me dijeron que e ra comun que llegaran con ese tipo de reseva pero que no tenian en si hablilitado para que durmiera un 5to huesped, nos ofrecio llevar un tipo catre pero nos advortio que era muy complicado acomodarlo ya que no hay espacion en la habitación..」

「The rooms are nicely remodeled and were very clean. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets need cleaning. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee machine was excellent!」

「When it was time for bed and the comforter was removed, there was fresh sh*t smears on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund but said they don't provide those. When I asked for another room, he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for the premium room that was the only available that evening. SERIOUSLY?? Get your act together.」

「I didn't like this place at all, the rooms smelled like mold and they also had roaches, the front desk clerk was very rude and they sprayed air fresheners in the room trying to cover up the smell of the mold, they refused to give me a refund, never again will I even think about staying at this hotel, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, also the lobby had a smell that gave me a headache the short time I was there」

「If you book through Expedia; be prepared for a $25 deposit when you arrive. The pool was amazing! Staff were ok. Coffee machine in the room did not work; not sure if it was the outlet or the machine itself. Room was a bit warm even though the ac was set at the coldest. Breakfast was very small(waffle machine; cereal; no coffee; yogurts & pastries).」

「Two travelers (Me and my son), nice stay, room clean but some smell like humid, I guees because the weather and permanent air condition on. The pool was out of service, my son missed that. good staff attention. the breakfast is very simple (said as a Mexican). Acceptable and cost benefit effective. We enjoyed visiting Alice and Corpus Christi」
