「The location is conviently located 3 - 5 mins from airport, offers a shuttle and have friendly staff. Be sure to call ahead to confirm convinces that you may desire ahead of time. I desired room service and it was not available due to short staffing, also desired ice and there were no iworking ce machines avaible so I had to get it from the bar / lounge area. 「Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. 」

Check-in was extremely easy and because they were super busy and the luggage carts were all in use Ms Chris and Ms Sondra from Management volunteered to help us with all of our luggage. We were very much appreciative of their help!!!」

「You're paying for location. Valet was unavailable, and self parking is a nightmare. Upon check-in, my room wasn't available. It was stated it would be a hour later than the 4:00 pm check in time. Fortunately, I was able to placed in a room sooner. However, it was not the room I booked. The shower was stopped up, and the room wasn't as clean as I expected. 」
