「The rooms are spacious but very dated. The property could use a good power wash. The fuses in our room kept turning off. The River ranch was amazing. 」

「飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。」

「Great, fun property for a happy and anniversary. We love staying here every time. But…the “amenity” fee is kinda dumb. VERY few amenities to be had. I guess I got valet parking and three gelatos so I suppose it probably came out to an okay value. But still…adding a fee isn’t cool. Just bake it into the price, please. 」

「A on the vibe. Room was very clean and comfortable. No bathroom fan was a bummer, but not a total deal breaker. Rooftop bar and restaurant is cool and food was delicious; the view is amazing and drinks were great. Only problem is Arizona is too hot for outdoor dining, so I’ll be curious to see what they do to address that. I will definitely give them a 2nd visit. Only negative - Front desk staff could pretend better that they’re happy to help us, though. Smiles are not hard…」

「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「The walkable sports venues, food and beverages, culture. Noon check out...great!!! The parking was a bit in convenient but I understand the location, etc. Validation of paking ticke would have been a bonus. We will definitely return! Matt and Shannon 」
