「Clean room」

「Had a very nice stay at the Palace. Eric, the Concierge/Bellman was so friendly and helpful. He helped us to our room, explained everything in the room, suggested places to eat, etc. He was amazing. Our room was clean and I loved that the hotel and casino were smoke free.」

「Yes the breakfast is spectacular, the view because we were on the 6th floor was beautiful except I thought we had a room with a balcony but they don't have rooms with balconies. My other concern is is that one of the elevators, out of the only two in the hotel has not worked since we arrived it would act like it was working and then when you get in and press the button it wouldn't go anywhere so they were down to one elevator and when you're on the 6th floor especially in the morning when you...

「Full on smell every where room was not neat. I asked for a good room as I had 5 years old, but they gave me bad one」

「Staff checked us in and didn't have a room available so we had to wait over 3 hours before getting into the room. Everything was closed by that time and the room had mold on the walls and some weird substance on the wall sheets were dirty.」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.」
