「Stay absolutely amazing from start to finish, staff very friendly, surroundings and views fantastic. Pool and features were great. Left me a voucher in my riom for a free drink at the bar because it was my birthday. Will definitely be back. Only gripe could have had more options on the breakfast choice (eggs). But a 」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...

「Very welcome by the check-in staff. Room ready and spacious and bright, pet made very welcome with no problem. Two night stay used the restaurant both night. Menu full of choice excellent starters and main with great dessert. Second night choose from "bar menu" but in the restaurant, very good choice. Prices very competitive in restaurant and bar. Great stay.... even though we didn't visit the Zoo!!! 」

「Had an amazing stay with 5 friends. We all had free room upgrades, which was a bonus. It's such a beautiful building and grounds and the staff a lovely. The jacuzzi was a bit cold.」
