「The property is close to many locations within Columbus. The rental was immaculate and the owners had all the extras one may need on a last minute trip. The clawfoot tub was a dream. We loved everything about this location and will be back for any future trips to Columbus.」

「Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House.」

「The apt was nice but fail to see where the jungle theme came in. The staircase is not recommended for small children or seniors with mobility difficulties. Everything else was comfortable」

「I had a disappointing experience with this property, primarily due to poor communication and inconsistent customer service. Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, and I initially had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and assessing the property. Although I later received a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a late checkout, this was never actually honored. When I followed up, both the late checkout and a brief extension for parking were...

「Bathroom conditions had an issue, water pressure to low and shower cubic too small. Towels’ quality is super , good location for attending events at convention center」

「Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!」

「Hotel was nice and clean the restrooms near the food area were in serious need of a cleanup. Since it was early morning and at breakfast time, I’m assuming somebody can clean at the end of their shift.」
