「The staff was very friendly. 24 hr lobby, late night check-in, great breakfast until 10 am. The soaps were pretty smelly, but the staff said they would be happy to remove them from our room before we got there. Let them know if this is an issue for you. It's 3 story, with an elevator, ice machines on each floor. Rooms open to the outside. The allow dogs but not cats. It was very easy to find, easy to park. We will stay there again next time.」

「we loved this place. They had the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was perfect....roomy, great bed, nice bathroom and great shower. We found plenty to do including playing table games in the Fireside pub. The food was delish and well presented. We also finally made Tripsters on this stay and look forward to spending many more nights at McMenamins properties!!」

「Everything was excellent staff was friendly room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they do not offer daily room service at the hotel. I think this should be included as part of the stay daily. I’m on a vacation and I don’t want to make my bed or clean the bathroom」
