"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea Hotel. Room was comfortable, modern, clean (except for hair in the bathroom sink). Great amenities - food, shops - all in walking distance. I was so grateful to get an early check in because we needed it and they were able to accommodate us."

"Clean floors, sheets, bathroom, towels. Higher-up ledges were super dusty, some corners had dust. Window didn’t stay open. Battery cover on ac remote didn’t hold. HVAC didn’t seem to respond to remote input, except for on/off. Door hardware was crooked and not tight. Tiny window is great, but didn’t stay open, had to prop it up with a rolled-up washing rag . These are normal maintenance items that are generally forgivable and can easily be lived with. Small attention to details like this would make a difference. Generally, I was comfortable and pleased with bed mattress quality, nicely appointed bathroom/shower. "
