「Nice motel for the price and good breakfast」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and...

「The pool is lovely. The room was clean, exactly as seen in photos. The property owners were easy to reach and communication was quick and seamless. I liked that true TV systems were set to access all platforms. The shower, sink and and the wash amenities were tasteful and felt luxurious. Loved the functional kitchen… and the sweet owner even baked fresh cookies for the guests. Would totally go back. It really shows you how well a boutique hotel experience can be crafted and why it’s often better...

「My only knock is showers are super low flow, at least in my room. I think my bed was amazing and the AC IS GREAT, very important in the desert. Overall I give 5 and would book again! 」
