「Wonderful Hotel and fantastic stay with fantastic Spa Facilities to use during your stay with breakfast included.All the Staff are so friendly and helpful.」

「Good sized rooms, beds were so comforable. Very impressed there was an iron and ironing board! Staff were all really friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good! One thing that I might add is a shower cap in the bathrooms as the shower is a rainfall shower. I struggled to get into the shower, turn it on and not get my hair wet! 」

「Polite staff from check-in to check-out, a staff member showed me to my room and explained the keys and access points for after 9pm. The room was in the cottage’s past the enclosed beer garden. The room was clean and tidy, warm enough once the oil radiator was turned on and the bathroom was clean and a great size. 「A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly.」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」
