「I stayed there for three days. No one cleaned my room on the first day, and again on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 4 PM. I had to ask before someone finally cleaned it. The alarm clock in the hotel room was on and started ringing at 6 AM – I was going crazy! The hotel's soundproofing was terrible; it was very noisy outside. This was a very poor experience overall.」

「Bedbugs. I stayed two nights and got a lot of bedbug bites on the second night. I know that bedbugs are really hard to get rid of. But still I got about 20 bites and they are so itchy. Other than bedbugs, the hotel was generally okay. The location is good. Its parking lot is very nice and convenient. Staffs are good. Property condition is not good but okay.」
