「The resort was exceptional. The place, staff were outstanding. The view was beautiful The food at the resort was disappointing. I would give it a C rating. The location of the resort unfortunately was approximately one and a half hours from the airport. Car service was painful! Once there. it became complicated to travel to other places to dine BTY. their. excuse for a breakfast buffet was inferior even in comparison to a number of all inclusive resorts we’ve attended , 」

「Everything was amazing. The staff especially. We had a pool and beach view and it was simply beautiful. The beach was fantastic with activities to do. Tons of excursions through the hotel and a shuttle bus to the three different Bay Gardens hotels. Highly recommend 」

When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」
