"Gym is in poor shape, the tread mill mat is in need of repair as a portion is torn and it a tripping hazard. The overall equipment in the gym is old and very little to no options. Please offer some descent tasting coffee with some actual milk and not the sad creamers. Staff on the first 2 days was great, Saturday and Sunday, very accommodating and helpful with printing some document as the business desk printer didn't work. However on Monday morning the African American lady at the front desk said she didn't have a printer and simply refused to help me. When I told her that the rest of the staff was able to help me by printing from the front desk printer she got very annoyed. She said she didn't know how to use the computer and couldn't print anything for me. It was such a stark contrast with the rest of the staff who went out of their way to be accommodating. "

"Clean rooms though floor needed better cleaning. Friendly staff and air conditioning was very good. Overall we had a good experience. Would go back. "

"Very clean - no frills. We didn’t need fancy. All we needed was a clean place to stay and that is what we got. The staff were very kind and friendly."

"The room was humid and musty smelling. They had a stand alone de-humidifier that didn't work. The light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out and I had to ask staff to replace them as we were there to attend a wedding and my couldn't do her make up in the dark. The shower head was hanging due to no attachment to hang it on, so you had to hold it to take a shower. That in turn caused water to spray all over the place. The lack of attention to matters like this and to still let people pay for the room is bad business. This seems to be typical of some hotel owners. It looked like they had a decent breakfast, which we skipped because of all the other issues. We were just ready to get out of there and go eat some place decent."
