「They didn’t have an iron, dead fly on the floor and mouldy shoer, no welcoming reception staff, didn’t explain how to reach reception and no phone in the room . Pillows were too big for the size of the pillow case that made them feel really hard so had to sleep with no pillows as all , nosy rooms as next to the main road too , expecting a refund . Absolutely not worth it not even for one night 」

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.」

「I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...
