「We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!」

「My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.」

「Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.」
