「We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. What really stood out, however, was the front desk staff. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel appreciated as guests. My only complaint was the bed was firmer than I like and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Kept coming open.」

「The hotel is nice and appears well maintained. It is an 8 minute drive from Kings Island which is a major plus. We were only here to shower, sleep, and to have breakfast so to us it was completely fine. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue we encountered was that the room fridge did not get cold at all. Other than that a pleasant stay. We would book again if coming to KI!」

「My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning.」
