I had a very good stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Customer service really stood out, and the room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The only issue was a constant humming or buzzing noise in the room that made it a little difficult to sleep. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable, especially at night. Aside from that, everything else was great. If the noise issue is addressed, this would easily be a 5-star stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The bistro & market had a great variety of items at a reasonable cost (Pleasant surprise, most hotels have huge upcharges). The room was clean, the hallways were neatly kept. The personnel were very helpful. Needed an EV charger and when arrived, was told it wasn’t working!!!! Had to go off property to charge my Tesla. Disappointed with the room!!! Small, was not given instructions on supposedly free WiFi! Unhappy with eating selection, I DO NOT LIKE STARBUCKS AND THERE WASNT ANY CHOICE ON PROPERTY. Did not like in room coffee, not everyone likes Dark Roast. For the price of the room, would not stay there again!!!!!

This is perfectly nice hotel for the price point and it’s located in an enormous strip mall that caters to the more well heeled crowd that I imagine inhabit the surrounding area, a suburban part of midtown Cincinnati. That means there are high end chain restaurants around. The capital grill, etc. I’ve stayed there twice and would do so again.
