I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

The decor was lovely for the most part…unfortunately all of the wood furniture was scruffy, scratched and did not match the rest of the carpeting, wallpaper, and other high end touches…perhaps it was just our room!」
