「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Very clean, no strange smells or anything inside the room. I felt comfortable enough to walk around the room in socks instead of shoes. Breakfast included sausage, egg, baked home fries, waffle maker, oatmeal packs, fancier pastries, etc. Good selection, though my dad wasn’t impressed with the eggs and it took them a while to refill.
