「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「First of all, the attention of Isamar at front desk was great from the time i make my reservation.Then when myself and my wife meet her she was so profetional and she make us have one of the best expirence in our special event vacation.She received us with nice decoration at our room.Honestly i recomended her and the hotel to stay. 100%」

「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」

「We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. 」

「Saludos El hotel no estaba mal en cuestión al servicio al cliente que fue excelente por la joven que nos recibió, su decoración estaba muy bonita , pero las facilidades dentro del cuarto no eran las adecuadas, primero los olores eran fuertes, al parecer las alfombras tenían un mal olor, el calentador agua nunca funcionó, las camas se sentía los alambres. De mi parte no vuelvo.」
