"I’m vegan they didn’t have any which was a disappointment. Also need to have front desk knowledgeable about deliver food options when you have a late night check in. Would be nice if they had some recommendations for people who are international and aren’t familiar with area. Our room did not have a remote and when we received one upon request it did not work. Would be nice if roomed had a microwave."

"It was very nice in the lobby, there was fresh and flavored water, they had healthy breakfast options and a bar, the staff checked us in quickly and kindly. The room was clean and decorated well it had a very comfy bed and the soap in the bathroom smelt amazing. The room had nice features and a mini fridge in the closet. It also had a workout station. "

"I like the location right by the subway. I also like the Delis and a Dunkin Donuts close by. My room was clean. Had a decent sleep except for a guy yelling in the hallway at midnight. Aside from that it was comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful."

"Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, spacious for NYC. Clean. Nice views. Easy check in and easy walk to the train station to NYC. I will book again. A few homeless people nearby but property felt safe. Hotel should stay reasonable because of this. Lobby could use a refresh."
