「I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms.」

Complimentary upgrade to double deluxe (Bed was superking & super comfy) Room facilities and room cleanliness were great, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to visiting again.」

「The fabric of the hotel is gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. Our biggest disappointment was breakfast. We had a full English and the bacon was awful. It was over cooked and had then kept in a warming drawer for too long. The result was cardboard that we couldn’t eat. Also the white toast was so dry that it was like a crisp. So disappointing as we always look forward to breakfast when we’re away for the weekend.」

「The staff were out standing, there was one member of staff that we thought had been there for a long time but he had only been there for 3 days he was wonderful with information, a nod to the chefs the food was fantastic, bus service to Cromer was good, would definitely recommend this hotel 」
