Lovely big spacious room, huge bed with crisp clean bedding, nice big shower with massive fluffy towels, spotlessly clean throughout. I didn’t have breakfast as I’d left before it being served. Lovely helpful staff.

The location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that there was not a USB plug in our room, and the shaver socket was too high for our toothbrush charger to stand.

Links Hotel, West Runton.

I have been a regular customer at the Links over the last 3 years or so and have always loved staying here, great service, lovely polite staff and good accomodation, however i can't help noticing lately something has changed, all new faces for staff, a different feel to the hotel for some reason and it just doesen't feel the same lately, please don't lose what you had as it is a fabulous place to stay when in Norfolk.

Dog friendly, great location

We stayed in the garden rooms which are relatively new. Everything was good and convenient. We didn't use the hotel facilities or restaurant, as we were on the beaches all day. It's an amazing location which is why we chose it really, and the hotel is comfortable. Dog friendly.

Some areas (sports bar) were a little tired but overall a really lovely place to stay. Lots to do and great places to visit. West Runton was fabulous and a brilliant location from which to explore North Norfolk.

Firstly the downsides - our room was next to maintenance room so all night it sounded like a lift going up and down, not much sleep☹️. My expensive body lotion was tried out by room keeping! You could smell it 😡. The good bits - reception, bar and restaurant staff were brilliant and all very polite 😊. The dinner we had was excellent, could have eaten it over and over again 😊

Could not fault this hotel, unfortunately I did not have evening dinner but the breakfast was lovely, the room I had was excellent and the location of the hotel is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the village

Lovely hotel, staff and an amazing restaurant.

A lovely hotel full of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing. My only criticism is that the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. This wouldn’t stop is from coming back again though.
