「What a gorgeous house in a beautiful area, well run by a lovely couple. We had a wonderful stay; this little gem is tucked away on a quiet hillside spot, with breathtaking views of the coast and on the doorstep of lovely walks, and just a few minutes walk to the towns of Lynton & Lynmouth. Our room was lovely; warm, clean and spacious, a pretty and comfortable bed, soft bedding and nice pillows with a great sea view. 「The Sawmill was recommended to us by a friend who stayed last year. We arrived to a warm welcome, by the manager, Ryan. The room was warm and inviting, and had everything we needed, (Water, tea, coffee etc, and hairdryer. As we had driven from Poole, we wanted to eat in. The fire is brilliant, the staff friendly, and the food worthy of 5 stars. There was real ale, and lovely melot wine. BReakfast was huge, and filling, all cooked fresh. We would recommend it to anyone.」

「This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. 「The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here.
