「We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower.
The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

The hotel staff were helpful and kind, breakfast was good but there weren’t many options to choose from. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean, but the bathroom lacked furniture to place our stuff, and the kitchen only had a single pot and no bowls. The overall experience with the staff was great and the room was comfortable, it was just the functionality of the room that could be improved.
