「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」

「Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the boys at the Valet parking, lobby staff, cleaning staff, except from some of the staff at the restaurant. Gotta admit that bc of some of them we decided not to eat more often there, I suggest you have a talk with all of them to fix the issue, even with that I highly recommend the hotel. Def will be back 」
