「I love this hotel. 」

「The room was clean and nice. The A/C was broken but was offered another room. I decided to stay and just get a fan because pretty much I was the only one hot. Staff was friendly and nice. 」

「Staff was great and very welcoming. Room was fresh and spacious with pull out couch. Breakfast was a hit for sure! The two down falls that we had where the doors close very loudly and the pool chemicals burned our eyes. The first night a teenage girl soccer team was staying there and we could hear doors getting closed throughout the whole night. We couldn't hear them talking, but you could hear them coming and going from their rooms with each door getting opened and closed. Whenever I left...

The breakfast was so good and they did a great job keeping everything well stocked and replenished when it got low. The room was clean and well prepared for us-we will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Crosse. 」

「There was black grouting around the hottub in our room and the shower didnt get hot. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room was very roomy. The tv was super small but worked well. Breakfast was great but the elevator has a weird burning smell and started alarming when we used it. Unnerving 」

「We had a great stay and this is an excellent hotel for your children. HOWEVER, the kids pool area was so slippery. The steps up to the slides and the area where the slides are, are SO SLIPPERY! My 2-year-old fell down multiple times and it was kind of stressful to make sure he got up and down them safely. 」
