酒店附近有很多7-11，日間還有一些路邊小食…房間感覺有D舊，但尚算乾淨。沒有牙刷、牙膏（記得要自備）。如果你想要多樣野打電話問職員攞到房間，要等好耐。

房間的潔淨度非常差，有曱甴。 泳池的瓷磚爛，在泳池割傷。 出發前已跟酒店確認訂單及安排三個房間的位置，但最後係三層樓嘅安排，實在很不滿意。

千萬不要選擇這間飯店。 1. 品質差、清潔度差 依照APP上面的說明，飯店提供盥洗用品，但事實上飯店卻不主動提供牙刷、小條毛巾、室內拖鞋，必須打電話到櫃台索取。毛巾都灰灰的，感覺不甚乾淨。洗澡洗一洗，蓮蓬頭就突然爆開壞掉，連馬桶是歪的。電視也不清楚。地板、桌上都有層灰。 2. 服務態度、品質差 向櫃檯反應電視的問題，不見對方認真處理，詢問為什麼盥洗用品等備品都沒有準備，櫃檯回應說「不然你還缺什麼嘛？」 發生種種問題也不見飯店人員認真面對處理，只是一臉看起來很誠懇，事實上什麼處理都沒有，我們想要退房，但飯店推託提出no refund policy，就是不願意退費。向Hotels.com 反應問題，Hotels.com 電話聯絡飯店，結果飯店人員Ryan向Hotels.com 表示不同意我們所陳述的飯店住宿上存在的上述問題，後來我們向Ryan詢問事實擺在眼前，欠缺備品、電視模糊、蓮蓬頭損壞通通都給他看過照片，詢問他事實如此，哪裡有他不同意的空間，Ryan卻推說他沒說過這個話，可能是Hotels.com 方面的人英文不好所以溝通有誤。飯店人員應對上推託說謊非常可惡，令人生氣。因為Ryan就是以不同意我們的說法來推說不同意退款。 3. 飯店位置 近車站，但周邊施工多，危險、空氣差。 曼谷飯店很多，沒有必要委屈自己住這種飯店。網路上一堆這間飯店的劣文，為什麼他們都沒改呢？因為⋯都沒看或根本不在意吧。

是次入住2 Bedroom Executive -不論房間還是廳都很暗 -房間的窗簾有血跡，很可怕 -房間Wifi速度不算快，在3G與4G中間，但只能一個人用，其他人被迫用自己的外遊sim卡，高速流量耗損快了 -入住Chidlom附近的酒店是因為去哪裡都很方便，這所酒店不近BTS, 要步行一段時間才到。之前入住旁邊的集團式酒店，有tuktuk送客人到BTS站，但這所酒店是沒有這項服務 -每2部電梯可以到達30多層，每層有5間房，但有一部電梯不知道是壞了還是省電，幾天以來都只有1部電梯運作，十分不方便！

We booked one bedroom suite which the front desk lady said this type of room only available below level 8, no choice on upper floor. Room is clean and tidy but funiture are old. Lighting in the room are not bright enough so we have to keep the curtains open even day time. We have a balcony with the carpark building opposite,actually no view from that.

尚算整潔，但是設施比較舊，網上說明酒店有浴缸，事實上並沒有。酒店泳池交舊，又比相片中較為小。員工態度有善服務質素不錯。離開酒店時千萬不要使用他們的hotel car服務，因為只是幫你召的士，使用Grab比較方便。
