「The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.」

「We extended a room for one more night on the second day of moving in and was charged right away, but on the original day of check-out we found our luggage and belongings are moved out of the room.」

「The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful. He came in to open the bed and pointed at the cabinet to tell us to get the bed sheets and make the bed ourselves. There weren't even enough pillows and blankets. 「This property would greatly benefit from an onsite manager. The check in was very disorganized and not helpful. There were payment processing issues and very little instruction on how to locate the specific property, the parking situation, amenities, etc. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The hallways did have dirty floors though.」
