A special thank you to Jannah at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness. She was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made the check-in and overall experience truly pleasant. Also a big thank you to Jagjeet for placing the slice of birthday cake in our room so that i may surprise my best friend on her birthday! I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. "Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"

"Great location near the shops, with powerful air-conditioning and friendly staff "

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take."
