"Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues. There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning. Unable to make drink water or make beverages too. "

"Compliments for Reception Staff Jannah, Jagjeet and Housekeeping Team : Dear Management of AC Hotels by Marriott Ipoh, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided during my recent stay at your hotel, from 16th January to 18th January. A special thank you to Jannah at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness. She was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made the check-in and overall experience truly pleasant. Also a big thank you to Jagjeet for placing the slice of birthday cake in our room so that i may surprise my best friend on her birthday! I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistency throughout my stay did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced my comfort. Please extend my gratitude to Jannah, Jagjeet, and the entire housekeeping team for their dedication and excellent service. They are a true credit to AC Hotels by Marriott Ipoh. "Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take."
