Clean hotel

Room was clean and tidy. Only negative point was our room faces the front main road and was noisy. Insulation between room could be better as we can hear conversation from our neighboring room.

Great location, excess to eateries, shops, etc

The logistic was fantastic, easy access to eateries, banks, shops , places of worships. About 20-30 mins from North South Highway. Unfortunately the room cleanliness especially the bed poorly maintained. The sheets are tainted and covered with dust. The bathroom is not clean at all. The hotel looks new but the facilities not well maintained especially the rooms. The basic facilities in the room such as air-condition, TV, can be rated as good. Unfortunately the bed is the worst. The pillows are dirty, the sheets are dirty too. Since I arrived late (8 pm), I did not bother to call the reception for any explanation, all I needed was rest because of early appointment the next morning. The management must seriously make some changes or take initiatives to provide clean bed and maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the center of the town, it is my sincere suggestion to maintain the cleanliness. On the positive note, the air-condition works fine, the bathroom is equipped with hot water. The room is spacious and furniture is good.

The room is clean, but service need improvement

After check in just put the card the room blackout, so immediately i go to counter ask for changing room, but one of the staff look at me n judge me by looking at me like simply giving a reason to get a better room, when he check the room say the card problem, jus change card. Then upgrade my room without further notice, I only know after check in. Then, the wifi keep unconnected and this 3days I just keep use my own data. When I call to the counter checked wifi, the staff ask me hold n called back but after 30mins no call back, so i called again, then the staff come n ask for my phone, then take my phone near to the router at other side which further to my room, then say connected, so he double check on the line stable n msg come , he still help me to read the msg before return the phone. Hello, do you know what mean of P&C. Then after 2mins, the wifi unconnected till the days i check out. Gods, if not because the location is near to my uncle hso, I will not booking this hotel if giving this kind of service. But some of the female staff is very friendly. To be honest, the room cleanliness is fair rate but i stat for 2 nights, don't even have water supply which only provide 2 bottles small mineral, lobby have water machine but the water slow till I feel frustrated. If there improvement, might consider go back to stay if needed.
