The area is not very attractive, facing the school, next to the shop lot and facing a noisy road. The sleeping pillows need to be updated because they are too hard.

Overall okay except despite being in a no smoking and unit, smell of cigarette smoking still gets in at times from the door gap. Need stricter enforcement of no smoking in hallways and staircase.

Nice hotel for short stay

Good for short stay like 1 night or 2 night but not for long stay. Room clean and comfort. But supposed to check in at 3pm, but staff said room was not ready and we came back at 4pm. Lil bit dissapointed. Staff service? No smile

Hotel with no. Lift, quite difficult if u bring elderly. No hairdryer. Near hotel got cheap and good food. 15 minutes drive to ipoh town.
