"Bed not wide enough for the headboard so couldnt reach light switches"

"The rooms are out dated and dilapidated. The beds aren’t that comfortable and I’d recommend going to a travel lodge over this place after the last couple of nights I’ve had there! The floorboards are creaky and it sounded like the person staying above my room was doing a marathon. You can hear every conversation from people walking past your room as well as the people staying opposite your room. There’s no menus for food and you have to eat what’s given. So all in all I’d give this a 2 star or 2/10"

"We stayed for 4 nights. Its a great place to see the area. Hotel owners are amazing people Staff were all helpful and pleasant.THE food was fantastic value would definitely tell everyone to eat in,hotel was a bit dated but to say it was built in the 17th century it's in good order. Hopefully we will be returning in the near future."

"Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5)."
