「Individual chalets. Motel style with ample parking. Rooms heated day and night. Shower hot and powerful. Bed comfortable. Pub and restaurant on site. Staff work hard but avoid breakfast Sunday morning 9 a.m.rush hour . We waited 35 minutes for order to be taken it arrived 20 minutes after. Easy to find as 5 minutes from motorway junction. Enjoyable and relaxing stay. 」

「Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5).」

They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. 「Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom.
