「I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. 「Room was clean and basic with good shower in the bathroom. Relatively small room with dated decor and could do with a refresh. functional and adequate if you just need a bed for the night. 「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」
