「The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.」

「Room and linen were clean but bathroom has a mouldy slipmat in the shower. Building definitely showing signs of wear and tear but the reception staff very friendly.」

「Used this hotel as my son and I were going to Download and its convenient location was ideal. Contact from the hotel was really good prior to the visit to confirm the names of guests and whether car parking was needed, taking the registration number of the vehicle. Reception staff were helpful as we got there a few hours before check in but they let us in as the room was ready. They confirmed that the booking was for room only and explained that we could book breakfast each day if we wanted to....

「Stayed in ensuite quadruple room (2nd floor), surprised to find small kitchenette with sink fridge kettle and microwave - tea coffee sugar and milk provided - 4 mugs but no other crockery. Large room with table and 3 chairs, beds were fairly comfortable but duvets were very thin. Window a bit draughty as it didnt close properly, this also made it a bit noisy in the room in the morning. A good heater in the room and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Good town centre location, 5 minutes walk to...

「Unfortunately not my best visit here - visited several Times - checked in quite late - went straight to my room for a bath - no hot water ! - then headed down stairs for a bit to eat - had the same as my previous visit ( chicken bourguignon which was great last time) - unfortunately this time it was reheated microwaved mush - so headed to bed , unfortunately for me I was woken up by rocking headboards at 1.30 ( my neighbour was obviously having a better night than me ) thin walls between rooms...

「I was travelling with family for my son’s graduation. We booked 2 twin rooms and arrived late, very tired and ready to sleep, only to find we’d been allocated doubles. We were moved, but this took some time. The breakfast was poor. They can probably tell by how much food is left untouched on plates. After breakfast we booked an Uber and waited. The app clearly said the radisson hotel but the driver went to the airport instead. He suggested we walk there (a 25 min walk and 3 min drive!),...
