「Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung zur Durchreise gebucht. Leider hat es im ersten Badezimmer so stark nach Abfluss gestunken, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das hätte dem Personal vorher selber auffallen müssen. Selbst bei geschlossener Badezimmertür hat es im ganzen Zimmer gestunken. Nach einigem Hin und Her, Wartezeit und Verständigungsproblemen, weil nur minimale Englischkenntnisse vorhanden waren seitens der Rezeptionistin, konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. 「Upon arrival the only EV charger available was broken. Greeted by pleasant staff, unfortunately no WiFi was available and no food as it was a Sunday the receptionist mentioned she could warm a pizza. Room was small but functional, no English speaking channels available on tv. The hotel has had a refurb in the last year and has made vast improvements to the rooms however a big bug bear of mine was hairs were in the shower tray .」

Big surprises were no drink making facilities in the room, no cup in the bathroom, a hideous shower arrangement over a tiny bath where the shower screen opens inwards over the bath leaving about 6” of space to climb through before struggling to close the screen.
